Does the ZIP make my site a PWA?+

No. Icons and a manifest are only part of a PWA. Your site still needs its own application behavior and any other requirements for the platforms you support.

Is the Apple touch icon included?+

Yes, as apple-touch-icon.png at 180 × 180 px. The pack also includes 192 and 512 px app icons.

Do I have to install every file?+

No. Use the files your project needs. The included HTML references a practical default set, and the manifest references the app icons.
